Ok yesterday I pulled the rear cage, motor and Trans. By the way no easy feat. When you go turbo it takes twice as long to pull with all the extra hoses wires ect. Anyways so the reason for pulling everything is my nose cone on my 091 came loose and needed to be resealed. I replaced all i mean all the bolts in the trans with studs and lock nuts. While I was at it I swapped the bell housing with a diffrent one. My old one had a extra hole from a past loose bolt. I put in a new input shaft seal on the new bell housing. While I had the Trans out I replace the inner pivots with poly ones. They looked a worn. I got the arms, Trans and CV's all put back in. I'm going camping with my 2 boys Friday night so Saturday afternoon the motor will go back in. I built the rear cage last year and I'm finally going to clean up the welds and paint it. Same for the front bumper. I will post some pics on saturday. By the way thanks Scott for the props on your turbo motor post.

In my opinion the stage one is enough. With the setup in my car (2332) with twice the motor and 3 times the boost (15psi) the stage one is enough. Besides you can't run a stage 2 with a stock clutch peddle. You will pull/break off the hook. Not say he's wrong just my opinion. There's more then one way to skin a cat so to speak.

been running the stock pedal assembly since i've owned the car (3+ years). Been running the stage 2 pp for about 2, and have had the same pedals and same clutch cable for those last 2. has yet to be a problem. just saying.

I installed my motor and rear cage last night then drove my baja over to Scott's "hyperwrx" house to help him get his motor installed. He's getting closer to have a drivable car again. It looks like we will be wiring up his msd 6al this week so he can be on his way.

Took some parts to BugZ's to have work done on them. New Car Alarm put into the car. New MSD Box (Did the Street Fighter this time over the 6A Off Road). Put in the wires for the Under Dash and rear deck lights aka Dome Lights. Did wiring for the the starter and electric fan.

Hooked up power to the car for 1st time in about 2 years. Fuel pump came on and pumped some real bad smelling stuff onto the drive way.

Note to Self: Need to hook up new fuel line and filters tomarrow.

Hooked up the fuel line and filter, New throttal cable and reworked cable pull mount. Pulled pedles out and adjusted clutch cable. Repainted rear eingine cage and engine mount Krylon Blue. (Welders and grinders are not nice to Krylon Blue spray paint) Most internal electrical work is done in the rear seat area of the car. (Every thing lives here that runs most of the car). Painted (Rust-Oleum Black) most of non driver side floor pans and battery area. Need to paint the cage Krylon Blue again

Need to install bake half of cage with tail lights and rewire the engine and rear end of the car next. Also need to hook up the raditor and electric fan at this time.

Brakes are not working...Need to bleed them would be my guess from the time the 930 stub axles were put into the car. Will put new rear pads on the car at the same time too.

Front end needs to come apart and get blue paint over the welder burns, grinder spots and new metal.

Need to come up with some sort of battery hold down strap. Battery lives in one of the plastic boxs in the back seat area.

Tan 2x4 Jeep Cherokee needs to have brakes checked and replaced front and rear.

Red Van needs to have rear pads replaced. Front pads and disc were done a month or so ago.
