4 sticks and some caution tape would do the job.

Dalton,

On your aerial shot of the camping area can you give me an idea where you will set up your camp? We might have to be a little more organized this year due to the increase numbers vs last year.

I need to walk the site. the soft sand will dictate where I'm willing to go. The smoke from the fire and the dust is hard my wife and myself so I probably won't be in close to the fire or the donut tree(if it is open).. You are welcome to ride with me out there and we can eye ball it out.. I was thinking of making a "C" shape with all the campers with the mouth of the "C" going out into the wash. because of wind, I think we need to first block off the East and West sides of the camp site with the RV's. With the smaller campers filling in the wholes. Tent-ers fair best within the circle.. This is just my opinion.. What are your thoughts.

you may want to get a RV count before we head out because RV's will be the hardest to place and the easiest to get stuck. If you place the RVs properly they can not only block the wind, can provide shade a different parts of the day, block traffic and define the campsite. Even big box trailers can be utilized.

I'm not sure how to setup. I have lots of signage to put up and need a spot to setup my prize tables. I will get there Saturday morning and base my setup off of what the rv people do.

I can help set them up if you would like... I just need a count of the campers and what they are camping in...
