I'm getting a 6" wider 10" tower Warrior beam off my bro, He had it on a baja bug he bought and eventually had to buy another car due to rust and what not. Anyway we were out at California city and he couldnt get the ride any softer...took off the shocks and tried to adjust the beam...still so stiff you could stand on it and it wouldnt give, so im thinking the adjusters are bad or something very minor is wrong. The beam isnt very old at all. And Im sure he got It from CB performance down the street lol Id really Appreciate it if someone could give me advise! My bug is under baja bugs as helga from cooop! lol

Try removing the top leaves and replacing them with a through rod. My bro did that on his fiberglass buggy and it made a huge difference.

It may be that the trailing arm bushings are not properly reamed and the arms are tight in the bushings.

i had to have the bushings in my warrior front end reamed out, i took it down to my local buggy shop and they mic. the trailing arms shaft and then mic. the inside of the bushings, and used a tool to shave off evenly the inside of the bushing till it fit better. made all the differance in the world. ton of movement, and still tight front end.

That was my first thought too. I have seen too many people buy the wrong bushings and force the arms in the beam and this is the result. Stay away from the empi bushings they are JUNK and too soft, the bug pack bushings are urethane and available in several sizes and work fine for most applications and run $30-$35 a set. If you want really good bushings go to the SACO delrin bushings, they are about $60+ a set.

If you need help getting the correct ones PM me.
