Post up the name and area of your favorite trail rides, or off road trips. Maybe something you havent done yet, but want to. We are planning next months trail ride, Box Canyon and Stanton ghost town are still on the radar since we didnt get to do them today.

I've always wanted to make a weekend of the White Rim Trail or Skyline Drive. I laugh when they say "Four wheel drive required."

I just bought the Arizona back country trails book. I'm very interested in going on trips now that I have a baja.

Forgot about this thread.

Last year the wife and I went up to Peters Mill Run Fort Valley VA and rode the OHV trail there which is part of the George Washington National Forest.

There are a couple trails suited for trucks (or VW's Cool ) and a lot of ATV trails.

We jumped on the first trail which was Peters Mill Run and traveled down to Taskers Gap which was approx 7.3 miles. We had a lot of fun for our first Baja outing. Passed a couple mildly rigged Jeeps whom gave us some strange looks. Wink Also got a couple thumbs up from a heard of ATV'ers.

I bought it at the Tonto Ranger Station when I picked up my last Bulldog pass. $25 smackaroos, but a very cool book. It even rates the trails for you.

Box Canyon is a fun one. I also like the Rogers Trough road from Queen Valley to the top of the Superstitions too- easy drive.

i have a trails book that was published back in 2001 i think, it's pretty good, lots of pics, trails, and ratings on it too. but i hear there's an updated version available at Barnes & Noble for about $20,
