If the wiring is a disaster. It is better to make a new harness mimicing the factory colors or get a new harness from BAP or Circo.

im sure i will figure it out. dont really want to drop another 150 on a wireing harness.

i got the valves done...im glad i double checked. some were loose and some were tight. i guess i was doing it wrong the first time. de de de.

so that is handled. Darryl tuned my carb for me yesterday so now the only thing i need is my lights and do a helicoil in the cylender.

i have the cage on but didnt have a skidplate put on yet. im going to need to weld on some tabs for me to bolt it to the cage.

once these things are finished im going to get it registerd and i will be ready to rock. which run do you think would be better for me to take this thing out to? lookin to put it threw the motions but dont want anything extreme.

Plently of room to park a truck and trailer is availiable at both areas. You do need a permit to park at the Rolls. If you take it easy nothing should break. You should take oil, clutch and acc cable, fan belt, vc gaskets, jack, spare tires and tools. We can try to get some otf the dormant Az Baja and rails out for a group ride.

Sounds like your almost there. Bring some spare nuts, bolts, washers and lug nuts/bolts. Bugzilla or I can get the wiring going if it gets to much for you. Final prep is to check all the nuts and bolts on the suspension and engine. Several Circle Ks sell them as does the Baja gas station on 87.

i will go over the suspension this evening. the bolts on the engine are tight...i am missing a bolt on the top on the engine on the driver side. i also have transmisssion straps that i want to put on before i go rhomp it.

i would love to get some help on the wiring. i have been messing with the damn things for so long i cant even make sence of it anymore. i have everything in the same place it was when i got it but im just about over it.

im going to ace hardware today some time and going to get a few bolts and whatnot.

An upper and lower mid transaxle strap is a must. In a hurry to ride I left it out on my first rail build. We drove 5 miles back to the trailer with a large rock jammed between the transaxle and gas tank.
