Thanks Daryll..... I guess I should have. I have always gone to the show but this was the first time I actually had a vw. My son and I had a great time.

I just didn't think it was show material. After going and seeing what was there and after everyones encouragement I will do it next year for sure. Hopefully my '69 will be complete by then too shall I say double up!

I have always been of the opinion a car show should about being there not about how much money and time you are comfortable spending on your car. For every top shelf job there ten other. It makes even more sense when it is a "Volks" wagen show. Chirco did a great job of making a place for every level of vehicle finish. The show has the potential to quadruple in size if Joe added under construction / deconstruction classes.

Joe might be out of space for any more classes. I was reinforcing the idea that most VW are always in some state of restoration so do not be afraid to show it as it is.
