Update: not much motor is still apart waiting on heads. As soon as the current motor in it goes back into the other Baja we are going to upgrade the rear to IRS. Anyone got a set of IRS conversion jigs I can borrow for a couple days? I don't need to buy a set as I don't plan on doing this too often.

Should get the IRS pockets, heads and a weber carb this week. Body comes off the pan on Tuesday to prep for the IRS conversion. If all goes well we should have it completed in about a week.

New Web cheater cam in, 87mm pistons & liners on, next is the big valve heads with high rev springs. Too top it off we have a nice 40 weber jetted for the motor (thanks TINMAN) Should be a good running little motor.

Dad(dirt junkie) welding a brace on shock towers , since switching to Irs the stock shock towers would not allow full travel, so we modified them!
