I would bring my bug down to you guys in a second. I have a couple of major concerns. The bus transaxle does not appear to be connected to the motor correctly and I would love to get some good advice on how to build this thing up right. I am also concerned about my new exhaust. I was not aware that you lose the heater with the one I ordered. Is there a baha exhaust that you can keep the heater? Camp Verde is about 30 degrees colder than the valley in the winter. |
When I lived in Flagstaff I set up my car with an oil cooler and fan inside the car. Routed the lines through the firewall and put it on a separate switch. Since it was cold in Flag most of the time I would just turn it on when I needed it. Believe me it worked great.

I live in Tonopah and will have lots of cold beer for the person or people who can tune my carb in to run right with the turbo on it.

If any of you make it into Oregon let me know. I live on the dry side of the state, so I have no dunes to play in but there's LOTS of public land that requires no permits to play on!! Even a local 4x4 park to run around in built on the side of a mountain.
