I think a different off set wheel would be easier than cutting the beam again.

5.5x16" wheels are on the way for the front.
Took advantage of the nice afternoon to put in a couple more braces up front. I am thinking of tieing the lift crossover up front to the forward runners.....any idea's?

This may be a stupid question, but you ARE going to change that tie rod, right?

I pulled the rear cage off that dirt tracker and hung it off the back of my car, I was thinking I liked the protection it offered. Think I will use it as a guide to build one like it for my car. Change a few things here and there.......I think this started out as this...

Lots of protection on the left and the right.

Room for radiator???

Bring this top tube forward even with the middle tube

Raise these up, leave just enough room for a skid plate.

Started mounting the body lift, ran out of VW body clips. Anybody have a bucket of these. Fabbed the mid tranny mount, sandwiched a neoprene block in it also.....noise reduction. Anyone else notice the shift rod being shorter with a 002?????
My Mercedes 16" front and spare wheels came in, need some cleaning...Lots of cleaning going on over the weekend.

KC, your coming along pretty good. I like that rear cage, lots of protection from impatient drivers Very Happy Seems you and that bender are getting along pretty well on the other tubing. Keep it up, don't be slacking off now.

I have looked at your bumper and am not sure what part ya left. Was it the style that mounted to the top of the stock shock towers?
