I am in the process of building my '73 Baja from the ground up. It has a 4 lug on it now. It will get 3x3 arms and the works. But I am unsure of what wheel and tire size I should go with. I want it to badass (don't we all?). I am not a big fan of the steel triangular holed wheels. The solids are ok.

What tire and wheel size should I go with for the front and rear?
And should I get the chevy bolt patern adapters?

Here is a pic of mine for reference:

I am running 31" 10.50s for the rear on 15X8 wheels.
Front I am running 28" tall 7" wide, sitting on 15X5s (I think)

Do not use adapters.

These are the wheels I am using on mine:

I'm running 15x10 offsets in the rear with 31's and 15x7 in the front with a stock motor and suspension. 50 is all she'll do on the highway, but with suspension mods and a bigger motor I think you'll be fine.

Those are the wheels I am looking for but I have a 4 lug bolt patern, they only have them for 5 lug!

You can easily swap your front drums for wide 5 drums, and then convert the rear to wide-5 Type III brakes (like on my car) OR, go with the wide-5 disc brake kit for the rear (its $299)

The chirco BAJA build did this exact set up.
