That is spring steal in that tube, you might of broken you sping pack, more than likly not... But you need to check all 3 locking bolts and recenter them you should have one in the midel and one on each end next to the trailing arm... unscrew all 3 and make sure the front end is off the ground as this is what holds it up Each sping pack has a dimple in them for the allen screw to hold them into place. Start on one side and get all the springs evan so you then bang them into the arm so you can see the dimple in the hole were the allen screw goes. once you see the dimple put the allen screw in and locker down with the lock nut. bang every thing into place and do the other side. then lock it all into place with the center allen. If you find your still having problems on the other side lock the center allen into place the try knocking it into place etc. If you still have bars sticking out you need to try again or you might have broken one of them.

Good luck and hope you can read this as I do not have my eyes in and it's 4:30am on my day off....

Check the set screw (grub screw) in the center of the beam, and also both ends. I also say you probably broke some springs.

To check if they are broken, remove the grub screws, pull 1 trailing arm out and remove the springs for inspection. To get them back in, clean them, grease them, stack them and tape them in the pattern tightly, then slide back in and reassemble the arms and grub screws.
