Thanks been super busy the past few months. Still looking for someone that would like to earn some side cash with the suspension prob. on the baja I bought. Previous owner has the thing so torqued up it rides like a tank! Ball joint F.E. w/ adjusters that don't seem to work and the rear IRS setup will loosen fillings, it's that stiff. Soooo if anyone has ideas/solutions please let me know. Would like to go to link pin if swap out is within budget.

I had the same problem on mine, I fount that someone had replaced the bearings in the beam with those polyurethane bushings. The bushings didn't fit correctly and were crimping down an the arms and made it solid as a rock. I machined the bushings slightly, and trimmed the overall length down slightly. I also greased the bushings and it works like factory now.
