Thanks John...

I have from time to time needed to let out some more chain on my anchor to keep me from drifting.

I still don't see how dropping my anchor can be considered "weird" ..???

maybe a little eccentric...

I will admit last time my internet was cut it was me with an auger, ripped about 18" of 20 strand phone line out of the ground. I'll have to be more careful in the future since aps put a 600v line under my back yard
