Member #3401 of the "Red Neck Land Yacht Club" the RNLYC for short.

Looking forward to upgrading my spot in the mobile home park ... Right next the green cement pond.

Good News!!!!

The RV is DONE!!! I did a few more upgrades that I posted and a repair or two. I have one more small thing I want to do before I am happy with it. it is a 20min fix I just need the part.. Newmar Corp would freek out if they knew what I have done with there coach... I am ready for camping. I going to start on the Rail next ... just enough to get it drivable so I can move it into the shop when it gets hotter. need to TWEEK the ride height on the baja and take it out for a short run. to see if I need to order 28mm torsions for the back.

I can't help but to feel this thread goes off topic here and there.....how about burger run sat. night, the wash from bell down to wild horse is always nice at night and if there racing at canyon we can get in a few hot laps

Night run past a race park in a wash and end up at a burger joint! Heck ya I'm down for a night run sounds really fun!

Re indexted the 27MM torsions bars in the back. Hate pre loading them. got my ride back. took it for a spin... Nice ... this is the last time before I upgrade to 28MM torsions if needed. I don't want to go too stiff . that will wreck my nice soft ride. fixed a crack I found ...

Going to take it out again today ... see it the ride holds after a day of play.

new beam bushings,
New Link pins,
New shims,
lubed everything..

adjusted ride height.

Fired it up for a spin.. AND found that I have a crack in my radiator .... it has been seeping for awhile but now it is a big leak. .. I think I can fix it.. More to come.

Darn it!!! wanted to take it for a drive..

JB welded my radiator ... cheaper than a new one....

took the rail out last weekend... broke in the new bushing. I am almost ready for the 400 miler.

on a side note... had to go back to the gopro 2 !!! I am having too much trouble with the gopro 4 black... the black does not like the "combo cable" plugged in when I am off roading.. keeps working its way out. I spent over $200.00 and hours on the phone with tech support ... I give up for now.. I need the power and ext mic to work ... That's it...
