Thats not a VW, It looks like a renault or something. The front is too flat for a VW. Pause the video and you will see it.

That car looks like a old fiat. That is NOT a bug at all.
I like the guy wearin the yellow life jacket that got saved by the tree. I would have been kissin that tree after that lil accident. I could watch rally racing all day long. The old school races are cool as hell to watch. Makes me wanna go race.

i still think it a baja, bug eye kit. It looks to low and to short to be a fiat, and going way to fast. (unless they modified it)
i dont think we will ever be able to know for sure. unless someone can find a clearer movie
someone post a pic to make sure were all looking at the same thing.

Ive seen that video on tv it is a fiat and about 5 min later in the same race another one does almost the same thing and lands in the same area.
