Yeah this was a lot of work.. If I had to do it again I would just rework the exhaust and plan on replacing the OEM muffler every two years..

I really like all the work you have done and the patience you have for the project. I have thought about a water pumper in my 5 car and figure if I go that way it would be ecotec since everything is redily available and it would have more than enough power for my suspension.

Good luck with the rest of the build.

thank you for the compliment.. I really enjoy fabricating I wish that I could make the money fabricating..... Very Happy I get really excited when I find something that hasn't been done before and then creating it. That's the best part of fabricating I think.. The EcoTec is a good choice, I'm sure it will work good for you.

My patience is starting to wear thin... I'm Jones-ing for my dirt-fix... I've got all the parts I need to fix the rail I just don't want to be out in the heat.. I'm thinking about push in the Baja out to the driveway and bring in the rail in the shop for the repairs.. It's not very fun to take the truck out,, it just beats me up..

I'm still working on the wiring harness.. I'm cleaning it up.. It looks like I'm having a bad hair day.. You probably wouldn't recognize it.. Nothing worthy of posting..
I think I over did it with the heater blower... When I turned it on full blast it almost blew my ducking apart.. Kenny came over last night I think I've got another customer for my power steering unit... He also believes that my heater fan's way overkill... Tried to get Cody motivated to get his Baja back up and running I'll know more about my efforts by the end of this weekend..

I think around $500.00 ish... They messed up ... they are going to build me another one.... the welder got creative ... and did not follow the blue prints. There is a much better blue print than the one I posted. I had to sigh off on it before they would build it.
