Can I get an "OMG!"

I know it looks like a mess... But this is really the easy part... With proper preparation all is I need to do is read the small little tags and hook up the appropriate wire, clean up the rest of the wire with zip ties and Velcro.. Most of it you'll never see because it will be hidden behind the door of my speaker box.

It's hard to fight the urge to just hook up some wires and start the motor so I can hear it run... I am dying to hear how this brand-new exhaust system is going to sound.. But if I do that I may miss a wire and fry my ECU or something else bad might happen.. I've decided that I need to walk away from it.. maybe do some more work on it tomorrow when my head is clear.. Rushing this project when it so close to being completed will only set me back..

It will be time to fire before you now. It is always something that bugs you till it happens. Looking good. Looks to be getting crowded over the trans.

I've been working on the wiring harness everything is been going along smoothly I've changed a few things slightly and had to read do a few things to get them the exactly the way that I want them.. But last week I had a roadblock.. Without the placement of the radiator I'm not sure how my air intake system will go it may need to go up the passenger side of the vehicle to avoid the hot water inlet side of the radiator.. I've been working with a custom radiator builder because my application is going to require a radiator built specifically for my needs, throw down a couple dollars I might as well get what I want.. After arguing of what could be done and what couldn't be done this is what we came up with...

I must admit I enjoyed discovering what could and what could not be done.. The interesting part about my custom radiator is the hot side.... It will actually a tube inside the radiator funneling the hot cool it to the top of the radiator where it's supposed to be.. but the inlet is going to be at the bottom of the radiator.. I can't wait to take the somewhere and have somebody tell me that it won't work not knowing I have a snorkel built-in the radiator core..

I used my old radiator which is 31 inches wide and 16 inches deep for a mockup to help demonstrate to the designer where the radiator was going to be mounted and how it was going to be mounted... If anybody wants to buy it it's for sale from what I remember it doesn't leak.. You can see on one side of the radiator of where a fan exploded it was one of those perfect storms.. I was driving too fast and I wasn't paying attention.. I really don't know how do explain this series of events that caused the fan to explode.. I can tell you that my armor held up to the impact.. But unfortunately the G forces that were involved cause the fan blades to flex beyond their limits.. boom!!!!! I was picking pieces of plastic out of my fan shroud... Since my fans operate independently and have a divider in between the two the damage noticed at first... I learned my lesson... Always run to fans on two separate circuits.. And divide the radiator so that if one fan fails you will still be able to draw air through half the radiator.. You may not be able to reach top speed but you can definitely get out of the Bush under your own power.. It's called drive-by temp... When the temp goes up,,, you slow down... When the temp goes down... You speed up,,,.
