Thanks Dalton, now it makes since to me. I have never seen a notcher in action. I thought you were doing something else with the drill and holesaw.

Great Job, I like how short that block is! Is it the same overall length of a VW Engine? I'd almost say it looks shorter.

Looking Great!

Will I decided I was going to work on the exhaust system... I was going to start grafting in the Subaru wiring harness but I was really in the mood for some raw fabrication.. This is the third exhaust system I built for this type of upgrade.. I preferred to build my own exhaust because I usually use .120 wall tubing it's tough and can take the heat when I used the lightweight material in the past, it always seems to crack from the vibration and heat... The only way to get what I want is to build it myself.. It may not be pretty but after I clean it up and jet hot the exhaust it'll be acceptable. Plus most of it you can't see because it will be hidden by my armor. What happened to me again wearing my OSHA approved flip-flops I believe I broke one of my toes so if you happen to see me hobbling around just smile and wave..

P.S - I spent the rest of the day wearing my steel tipped boots.. Not so much for the protection of things hurting my foot it was to keep things from hitting my broken toe.. You should've seen the looks I was getting in AutoZone.. I was covered in oil and dirt my T-shirt was ripped in my shorts wouldn't zip up all the way but I had a $250 pair of Red Wings steel tipped boots on.. ... Nice..
