Welcome. You have a couple of options you can add a tube frame to what you have. The other is to make a completely new frame. Any muffler shop with a mandrell tube bender can bend pipes. The nice part about the first way, called a pan buggy is you will still have a four seat and already have the pedals and e brake set up.

I want to make a new tube frame like on the samba.com, i have a hydraulic bender and I think I can do the bending jobs also with the welding, I have that TIG and MIG machine, my only problem is the frame plan so that I can start to work on it... how to have in hand that frame plan on amazon.com

I want this buggy as a model, really awesome...

Thanks,
BR..

The building Baja and Buggies book has a very good picture of a well tringulated race frame you can adapt to the size your looking for. Since you have the pan, beam and torsion measurement all you need is a good picture and you can figure out most of the measurement. Move the bottom of the beam forward for better handling. Keep in mind most old style rails are cramped. If you can find another rear torsion you can cut weld the two together to make it wider. Make sure you have six inches between your head and the top of the frame.

To build your own frame like the one in the picture, make the main tubes using 1-1/2" (3.8cm) outside diameter tubing, with .095" (2.4mm) wall thickness. For the smaller tubes in the sides, use 1" (25.4mm) with .065" (1.5mm) wall. MIG is the easiest and most effective welding method. TIG will work too and may look nicer, but is overkill. Tack weld everything and mock up the entire car with all parts bolted on before you fully weld the joints.

As Perrib said, make sure you have plenty of headroom when sitting in the seats. To make sure of this, select your seats before you built the top of the roll cage.
