Another great weekend in Parker. This one was alot of fun, I just wish we could've stayed longer. We ran 3 bajas, a rail, and the Arctic Cat.
We took the wash to Shea Road where the Arctic Cat had to pull off as it blew a front tire. Luckily we grabbed a spare at the last second so we switched them out and kept rolling. Then on the trail to Swan Sea we had the yellow baja blow a rear tire. So we grabbed the spare off of my car and kept rolling on.
The previous day the blue baja clogged a jet and the throttle cable on the rail came loose, but today they ran great with no problems. We hit one small river and one pretty good sized river and stopped on the other side to eat lunch.
On the way back we hit a small jump with all the cars to catch a little air.

Then as we were leaving the blue bug decided to jump DOWN the hill . . .
He ended up digging his nose in and snapping off a light
Alot of sideways drifts (a couple that i wasn't entirely sure i had control over ) and my baja had no problems at all.
We ended up using every tool I had brought along (bottle jack, pliers, screwdrivers, fix-a-flat, spare tires, etc.) so I know i'm never going out again without everything we used this weekend
And here's the video I threw together from the weekend. Its alot of GoPro but I know that stuff can get kind of boring for some people so I tried to break it up with pictures in between. Let me know what you guys think!

so what happened to the black stripe on the bottom? Going to pick up a baja tomorrow, 1969, needs motor, and on thursday i'll pick up the other, 1965, newly rebuilt, never started, roll cage, racing seats, dual carb set up, front and rear cages, new stinger exhaust never used, new gauges never used but installed, new passenger side floor pan, and a bunch of other parts. So i'll put all the good parts on the 69, and sell everything else, still haven't decided weather to do the king pin conversion, maybe toomuch of a hassle. I'm going to use your baja as inspiration, and hope it all comes out good, the only thing i'll be really missing is the 1 piece front end.

The paint flaked off once i started washing it. All the rocks and sand loosened it up and i guess all it needed was some water to take it off. Don't know if I'll repaint it or not...I like the look but the paint on the car is rough so it will probably just come off again
