You may want to go with 5x5 or 6x6 rear trailing arms. Your front track is gonna be waay wider than the rear.

Hey Blue: You got a link for Laser Innovations? I wanna check them out after following your above link.

Yeah from what I've heard they are insanely expensive because they have to make everything custom from 'laser' machines.

Blindchickenracing is a much better I have heard nothing but good feedback from those who use their trailing arms.

i have the 3 x 3 set up with 930's going to a 3 rib bus tranny, king coilovers ... have had no problems at all.... and i beat the daylights out of my rail....

if you want to see some build pics i have a good album on photobucket.com search ikill6453 then look for my album called my rail the build.

now in hind sight if i had a choice i would have gone with wider ... but the only problem with that is if you trailer or go on narrow trails.

post pics of your build.... show us.
keep us posted.

Mine is 3x3 in the rear and 6" wider front beam. Rim offsets will affect track width. Zero offsets are best. If you make your front track an inch or two wider that would be fine as you'll know for sure if you can make it through narrow spots.

Having the front and rear track (properly measured at the center of the tires, not as an overall dimension) somewhat different produces a more stable car. It doesn't really matter which is wider for the stability. It's like dragsters...they used to use a very wide front and very narrow rear, these days the front is narrower than the rear.

A +6 beam and 3x3 rear is a good match with the front tires narrower than the rear.

Tire & wheel combo makes a big difference on track width. On my fasty I have 33x12.50-15s rear with 15x10 wheels & min offset. Front are 30x9.50-15s with 15x5 wheels min offset. Rear is 3x3s and the beam is 10 over, the rear is 3 inches wider that the front.

BCR builds their arms as a boxed stock style arm, only problem I have ever had with their arms is not enough clearance for 930CVs without some slight mods. We build ours tubular with plenty of clearance.

Here is a pair of our 3x3s.

You should buy the whole rear off my Baja, lol. 3 rib bus box, 930's, tubular 3x3, axles, and disc brakes. I can make it a package deal if you do want it all. It's even at Daryll's, so he could swap everything over for you.
