Ask MYKUL about that paint, i painted the wheels on his bug with the wheel paint, came out great, i'm pretty sure it was made by Rust-o, i used the same stuff for my aluminum cupholder in my baja, no chips yet and i've abused it pretty good. best of luck to you, keep us posted and post up pics when you're done Very Happy Cool

lol this is too funny. that "intresting" aja ith all the inquiries is a buddy of mine named max. we all had a car club a while back you may have heard of called the BROTHERHOOD. there HAS been 7 vw in that yard at one time but not all bajas. max's son has a rattle can black car as well and it sports a 2.0 l type 4 that i had Fish at douggs build for me, but ended up selling to him. bus trand 930 cvs and SAW rear 37mm torsion bars with adjustable springplates, cut and adjusted front ball joint. they have had quiet the array of vehicles, including a 56 oval baja, in the group, but we just dont hang much these days. so ya stop buy these guys and chat with em. they are pretty cool.

Saw a couple Baja's on steroids today. Went over to Fodrill Motorsports and they were having thier "Show and Shine" in the parking lot. Lots of VERY cool off road toys. Here is a couple of the Bajas. The blue one has a V8 and belongs to one of the owners. The silver one had a V6.

I saw a bug (obviously not a baja) headed South on I85 below ATL Ga. I know he was doing over 80 when he went by me the first time. I caught up to him and at 85 and the wind blowing, he left me in his dust. I could only see the bottom of the motor (looked to be a deeper than normal oil ribbed pan) and an oversized muffler. I didnt have the guts to keep up on the corrolla. The wind was worse on me than it was on him. How much worse does the baja kit effect aero dynamics? Not that i'd want to go that fast all the time, but it'd be nice to know you had it when you wanted it. Just out of curiousity, could that be accomplished with 1600 DP bolt on stuff?

Still looking for me a baja project and let two slip recently
