You might get better answers over at D3 on that one. Here, you're just likely to watch your karma take another nosedive with questions like that! Laughing

It is the opposite of raising it. The back is easy you just reclock the torsions and/or use adjustable spring plates. Upfront you can lower it by removing torsion leaves, cut and turn or cut and install adjusters. For the front the best way is to use dropped spindles and a beam adjuster to dial it in. Lowering it much more than an inch negatively affects handling but since without ground clearance you be going very slow for most maneuvers. Smile Get too low in the rear and like the Class 11 racers who go high flipping the rear trailing arms is nescessary to put the camber where it belongs. Where the rules permit the fast road race track VWs move the body down over the suspension. The front beam head gets raised and /or pie cut and the rear gets raised. You can look on volksrods.com for ideas out side the box.
