how does the rad do at highway speeds?I have seen the rad mounted up front under the hood before but if it gets good air in the back that would be a easier way to go.

This is a way cool bug. I think it said that the rear arms are boxed, and it did not appear that a cage went in. How/where are you going to mount the rear shocks?

I couldn't find the pic in the thread, but he built a rear shock mount in the cabin. Once Daryll sees this he will post up the pic. Cool

I'm trying to wire up my Ecotec engine and have about a million questions. Here are just two:

1) where did you mount the computer and relays...inside or outside the car? If inside, where you able to seal off the hole where the wire loom comes through? Would it be safe enough outside the car on the firewall?

2) What water temp and oil pressure gauge senders did you use? I'm having a hard time finding the right ones.

You can get the oil temp & oil pressure tread adapter through autometer. It fits on the exhaust side of the motor. The temp sender we just drilled and tapped an 1/8 NPT hole.
