I bought a 67 Baja today and dropped it off with Daryll to get fixed. The front wheel bearings are shot the frame horns need some love before they fall off, lol.

^^^ Welcome jon6.0 Cool ^^^

I attempted to fix my fuel guage problem to no avail... the ONLY thing it could possibly be is my sending unit in the tank... i bought it new from BAP but ever since i purchased it my guage reads 3/4 tank all the time no matter how much fuel i DON'T have Confused i've replaced everything there is to replace except for the sending unit itself but it still reads the same, so i guess i just got a bad one. Neutral SHTUFF HAPPENS!

Thanks! I'm from Washington also. Hated the rain all the time and now I'm here. Where we have monsoons, lol. Nobody ever mentioned those when they spoke of how great Arizona is while I was in the Navy(Nuke MM).

I replaced a leaking oil cooler hose, installed an oil cooler thermostat and changed the oil.

I installed a trimile with quiet pack but my problem is my rear cage sits on top of the muffler.

I was afraid that was going to happen. How are we going to fix it?

I had to relocate where my upper bars attached.

Very cool Jon, what part of Washington? no one told me about the monsoons here either but i actually like the rain so it's no big deal for me, but i was caught in a monsoon on the freeway on a motorcycle once, ended up spedning about a half hour under an overpass and realized that it wasn't going to let up so i just left (before the other harley riders might i add, who were looking at me like i was crazy for riding in such a storm Laughing ) rode through the storm and got home soaking wet Cool

Lacey, which is right next to Olympia. I've been caught in a monsoon on my motorcycle as well. Nothing like hydroplaning on two wheels, lol.
