Well I am glad I didnt try to tow the fasty to tucson. This is the carnage of the rearend on my Burb. Shocked

I was on my way to pick up a car and as I took off at the light on Lindsay and Elliot..... Bang!!!!! then it made some real cool noises. Very Happy Believe it or not I drove it all the way home about 10 MPH. I didnt think it would make it but somehow it did.

Ouch. I have a 3/4 ton 14 bolt with 4.10 gears that would fix that.

Interesting thing is I just picked up another rear end 2 days ago that I kicked off the trailer just before attempting the trip to pick up the car. Talk about needing something right when you buy it. Shocked It only made it about 6 miles farther than than when I parked the burb from picking up the rearend. Cool

Wow D. That stinks. I'm glad you made it home. I've blown a few rear ends, trans, and motors in my day. No fun, No fun at all. Praise God though, at least you already had a new one to swap in. Very Happy
