Interesting. I used my stabilizer bar in both long and short side rods. They slid in quite nicely. No hammering etc. I did coat them with waterproof synthetic grease. This was for moisture proofing and anti rattle.
I wonder if different rods are different sizes?

Very nice job on the tie rods... Have you worked out a price shipped to the US?

A lot of guys over here use Ford Truck, or International Truck tire rod ends.

( they are very heavy duty ) ... ( US Threads ... NOT .... Metric Threads ) ...
