We all do. I and many other of us Christians say that "I'm only a sinner saved by grace" Rom. 3:3 & 10, 6:23, Eph. 2:8-9

if you can look in the 85741 zip code. We go to Nogales alot as my wifes family broker produce and live in that area. It is an easy drive from my home down that way......76 miles to the border.

not trying to hijack this thread by any means, but, what about phoenix and tempe? ive looked at moving out several times. i to am from ohio, grunt. springfield, between dayton and columbus. and from the cincinnati area. my problem was finding a job to move too. nothing i found payed enough to make rent even.... that was 6 months ago... proabably no better now... actually, probably worse. blah.

You are correct. The gains from declining rents and house values are now more than offset by the lack of jobs. The bright side is AZ rebounds faster than the rest of the country.
