I guess what I read about Yumma was right. How are the other towns around there? What you wrote about Tucson also worries me, that is why I'm more inclined to look at places around Tucson and not in Tucson per say.

Check the average rainfall and weather in az towns. Check zillow.com for home prices. 1 hundred per square foot for a new build is a good average... Rancho Sahuarita

I'm considering working with Mexican youth, in a prevention/counseling program, through my church. Also I may wind up eventually moving to Mexico itself. After active duty in the Marine Corps, I joined the National Guard and worked as a Chaplin Assistant. I'm considering working with our military also.

I personaly would not buy there. I have lived in and out of the Tucson area all my life.
