I've seen your off-road pics, and frankly, they scare me. Laughing

Dan Jones survived. My first Baja was like his and conquered 99% of the same places I go today.

I'm gonna have to cop out on this one. Still not convinced I have my suspension and front alignment dialed up correctly. Plus, my rear shocks SUCK- I need to get a set of FOA's ordered for the rear...

I am hoping to make KMart this Saturday night though...

My rear shocks are weak and I'm missing two. We can set the toe and camber in an hour! Nothing like a good set of whoops to test/adjust spring preload. I not 100% sure but I tend to believe this is another classic case of (which I am also guilty of) It is too nice to get scratched up syndrome. Once the affected offroad rides owner mind perceives this delusion as fact the Baja or rail is relegated to only pound pavement forever lost in a concrete jungle. I see a glimmer of hope as the Baja has been "offroaded" in a K MART parking lot. I believe just the smell of some hi octane fuel and the sight of desert offroad trails could break you from the affliction in less than 10 minutes this Saturday. If you let this go on much longer without therapy another Baja may be lost from the desert forever. The final stage of this tragic disease results in the Baja being refendered and stock 165 15 tires installed and donating all your offroad parts to charity. I propose a study needs to be convened to determine how far the disease has spread in the BAJA forum.

Well, I'm officially out for tomorrow. Have to stay home and babysit the munchkin while my wife gives a flight lesson from 10 til noon or so. Hopefully, that'll give me some time to fiddle some more with my car and see if I can get it running better. Going to play a little with the jetting in the Dell 45 of Dont's that I have on there right now and see if anything changes. Also, I have a spare dizzy/Pertronix and coil I might swap out for grins to see if it helps.

I'm planning on Kmart tomorrow night though.

They make Baby Beard seats. Razz I rented the Go Pro camera from AZ Baja so there will be highlights. We bought plenty of batteries and am going to get an extra memory card.
