Well, here's a few pics from this evening. Suspension and brakes are pretty much done (FINALLY!). Got my seats back from ProSeatz this morning- they look AWESOME. Sporting a light blue logo in the headrests and everything! We disassembled/reassembled the rear end today, and got the issues addressed with spacers in the pivot brackets. It was a bit of a workout though. Interior is out right now. I need to cut some carpet pad and carpet for the floor, and then reinstall the interior. I'm trying to figure out a way to do something with carpet and padding in the package tray to cut down the engine/road noise inside the car.

Anyway, there's quite a few minor things left to do, but I'm hoping to at least have it drivable tomorrow. Of course, I have quite a bit of work and personal travelling to do starting Monday through the 4th of January, so I won't be making any Kmart meets or off-road trips for the next few weeks. Crying or Very sad

With that set up how much travel do you have front and rear?

I'm not ignoring the question, but honestly, I'm not real sure right now. The front I'm guessing in the 10-11" range, maybe slightly less. I'll have to check the axle angles to confirm the rear, which I haven't really done yet. I've yet to do the limiting straps up front, and figure out for sure what I want to do for bumpstops and droop limiting in the rear.

I will say the the front arms with the spindle installed had about 13" of total travel, but it didn't all end up being usable due mainly to shock body length. If the 10" towers were about 2" taller, it'd probably free up a little more travel on the compression side.

Sorry, but that's about the best I've got for now...

Pretty much done, good way to say it will never ever be finished but I get to drive it now.

Congrats Tony, super nice job!
