just think about the fact that your in a small car that looks like a bush...And that F-350 is heading your way and can not see you, as you look like a bush...That is why my car was a bright green... better to be seen than not to be seen. Blacks and dark blues are bad to at night.

over the summer I painted a footlocker sized camping storage box in jungle style camo. It took a very long time. All masking, tracing and cutting was done by hand. Jungle pattern is in between digital and basic army forest as far as being intricate. I'll never spend that much time again. I love the digital style, but it is far too detailed to be done by hand.
Although now that I'm typing this I do recall seeing a pickup in Mesa that was painted digital. It was not detailed like real digital, but I knew what effect he was going for and thought it looked good.
personally I think the desert camo would be a better look than the digital. Bugs are round, digital is square. I think a roof rack made of square tubing looks out of place as well. the truck I saw was obviously much more of a square vehicle than a bug.

I was absolutely sure I would find something like this on the net, but I couldn't so I modified one. Anyways you get the digital camo, but you can still be seen by those darn F-350s.
And in Eric's case, I guess we could swap fluorescent pink for green.

Myself, a little tired of camo. Go with something original.

paint would be very expensive...go to one of those sign companys that make the car wraps. they just use a big ass printer, printout a 10 foot square of it and stick it to your car.
i saw a dodge stratus the other day with the digital camo, it was a national guard recruiter. it was the big ass sticker.

Depends on the graphic, size, colors etc. I priced out a pretty generic two-tone job (just trying to avoid painting myself) and it was a little costly. More than just paint and all the goodies needed. Of course I was looking for a "total" car here. Smaller sections were fairly inexpensive.
Now applying the sticker would be far easier,,,, to a point, and I think you still need a base paint meaning you can't just apply the sticker to a bare metal car, like I was hoping... Don't remember if it can be applied to primer...
In the future I think I will go for this when my paint job starts to show how enept a painter I am..
