You're wanting to increase track width right? If so, I've heard tale, good and bad, of being able to turn a factory wheel inside out (mount it backwards) and gain clearance. are tha rims hitting or something?

Well its back to fighting the ins co again. Their adjuster is going against the police report that states she was a fault , saying that the girl who turned in front of me did not fully leave the road way and therfore its mostly my fault. I now have to send in measurements of the intersection and pics of the int. and the turning radius of her car just to prove my side. Wish me luck!!

that sucks about the insurance co.(those bastards) hope that works out . i'm watching the big white right now, funny movie robin williams and woody harrleson, robin tries to collect his brothers lifeinsurance policy and there's a physcho insurance agent trying to fight it. funny movie.

how do those work for ya? do you need longet bolts? i would assume half inch longer? and as for turning your rims around they don't sit right and i wouldn't trust em.

I ran them that way for about 2 months with no problems, the rims I have sat flat against the drum so the stock bolts worked. I even took it off road a couple times. Wore out the tires so I switched rims again.

i tried it on my 74 but my bolts are shaped like a cone towards the head and the rims actually seat the coned bolt so when i reversed mine the rim didn't sit flat.

Update.....

I pulled the front bumper off yesterday and man you can realy see how much it is bent. Fabbed some angle iron to hold the tank in place. Not going to run a front bumper right now till I find a cheap one. I also bent the steering wheel back into the position it should be.
