finally finished the rebuild on the 2.5,it didn really need it but i figured do it now in the bug buildup rather than it blow up on me on the trails.....i plan on running a carb on it for a while, until i can order the "megasquirt" cpu i am wanting...i have a 260h comp cam, custom tune port inj. that i am building that uses a ls1 throttle body, and venom injecterz... and a header that will go on with the megasquirt,i am hop'n to have the mega. installed and programmed by mid october but we will just have to see.i am in the mist of building a custom dash that will house silver autometer gauges-speed-o,tack,water,oil,fuel,u no the works....this dash will run down into a console that has CUP HOLDER'S !!!!!! i am trying to decide wich rout i am gunna go with the a/c tho becuz this will be my daily driver i want the works...i just caint decide if i was run a rebuilt factory option a/c under dahs setup or just buildmy own,any idea's ?

Looks great ,
however I'm concerned with the amount of air in the system. Have you thought about increasing the angle of the rad? It seems to me you will have a problem with flow. Do you have an overflow bottle? If so, the level of coolant must be level to the height of the top of the rad.

Just a concern. Question

well this is not final as far as placement is consernd its just to get some feedback from ya'll...as far as flow issues are consernd when i cap of the bottem radiator hole, and fill it with water it goes over the upper hole by at least 3 inches, and my over flow tank will be built outa dimond plate, and run the width of the rad. so that it all blends to together,i have tried many different angles with this setup and have found this to be the best so far,if i were to angle the rad up more then i would actually have less air flow across the rad. fins=higher temp...wich wouldn be good.

well, our 03' hyundai tiburon just met a ford f-150,and its a total loss,so we are guna buy it back from the insurence for $700 and i'm taking the front/back seats,a/c unit, power rack and pinion, and put it all into the baja, mabe even the guages if i can figure all the electrical out....so as soon as i get a chance it'l be baja time agin....work,family,so much to do so little time, and at this point i am gunna wing building a 1 pc front end cuz i caint find one reasonable i:e less than $1000 shipd so i have a "plan" so we will see how that goes.

ok,so i finished replacing my floor pan's...i finally gave up on the idea of building my own frame/pan....and by the way brazillian floor pans are really thin, and the people who build them need to try a different welding stratagy, becuz at the back of the pans there is the part that make up the rear "hump" under the seats, and i wanted to use the stok one cuz it felt alot stronger.....i was able to just pull that part off the pan...little resistance from the spot welds...anyway i wasnt able to get any pictures but i'll try tomaro.
