haha yea right now i have nothing plugging the heater channels. air just pours ou the back of the engine, so im going to get some freeze plugs this weekend and fix the problem.

take a soda can and cut the bottom off. slip it on the nipples and duct tape it on.

baby food lids fit right over, with a nice snug fit. now i just need to screw it on. that is a great fix.

the actual name brand is "duct " tape. the knock offs include "duck, duc..." tape

In Nebraska,,it's called furnace tape..go figure. Guess its got something to do with furnace ducts huh?

I used plastic paint can lids with hose clamps until i welded the holes shut

Just an afterthought. I went out into the shed to look for an exhaust, and noticed that on my fanshroud that has no heater outlets, there are 1/2" or maybe 5/8" holes on each side..... Maybe we really should be drilling holes into our plugs on the outlets.... Sounded crazy at first, but its plausable.....
