Ok im top dead center, no questions asked. I know that much.
My rotor is pointing 90* to the right, Instead of pointing back left (top view) its pointing back right (top view).
Pulley says TDC, #1 cylinder is up top most.

I redid it, i guess 009s are 90* different than the other stock distr. So I set timing, and firing order is correct, I tried both options, since im 180 out.
So... Timing, firing order, gas, spark, oxygen.
Spark plugs, i regapped nad cleaned, once I Get money ill buy new ones, if it still doesnt run im going to be bumedd!

That is correct. The rotor will point to the passenger's side rear on a 009 when #1 is at TDC. Coincidentally, there is a small notch in the metal housing (lip) on the distributor under the cap that will line up with the rotor when #1 is firing.
Whattaya mean you're 180 degrees out?

I heard its suppose to point 90 more clockwise, which mine is 90 more counter clockwise (passenger rear) but all is good now.
I am going to redo valve adjustments tomorrow. And tinker with it, then when i get my 200 bucks ill go get some junkyard heads, strip them down and have my friend sand blast them, and then put new parts on them. Then ill put new rings on and look at my jugs etc.

You should be able to pick up heads much cheaper than that!
Heck, you've probably got guys here with heads sitting around. I may even have some. What size engine are you running? I'm assuming a stocker? Save your cash for '87's. Work your heads with a Dremel per the Fisher Book diagrams. Toss a set of 1.4's on it, and go! You could probably buy a rebuilt set of heads, maybe even new ones for less than you're talking about spending for junk. If you port them correctly, you can pick up a lot of ponies for a few hours of free massaging.

Ya gotta really start with a DP head to get any serious results. Remember that an engine is nothing more than an air compressor. It is equally important to get air in as it is to get air out as efficiently as possible. Find some DP heads and get to work!
Get the book if you don't have it already. It's worth every penny!

So would a 1/2" exhaust system, but I wouldn't run that either.
