Gah. We need many more pictures. Good baja bug pictures are RARE, even rarer is finding a VW video that is 4 minutes long with sound (no music or wind)

I love that blue bug (az350x?s)

Thanks for the props, even though I'm the only one that got stuck Friday night! Embarassed

Oh well, me and the car survived so I guess it's all good. I can't wait to see what it looks like when my wider beam and longer arms/shocks get put on. MAN it's killin' me!

I gotta be honest with ya-
1) I bought my car pretty much "done" already
2) I'm far from being an expert on this stuff, but will help you if I can.

That being said, if you'd like to email me for specific pics, etc, I'd be happy to oblige when I can. az350x at cox dot net.

As far as the camber on your swingaxle, I gotta say that you're facing probably the biggest single issue with swingaxle transaxles in bajas. From what I gather, there's really nothing you can do about it other than a body lift or something to achieve the look/ride height you want. The higher you crank it, the worse the wheels camber. An IRS conversion is definitely the way to go. With the 3x3s on my car, I can slide a 5-gallon bucket under the motor/trans no problem, and my rear wheels have no camber whatsoever. I am running pretty tall tires though too (33").

That's my 14 year-old kid. I told him he's too young, AND that it's illegal, but he just won't listen! Shocked

Just kidding. I dunno who it is. Laughing

Oh, and to clarify, 350's BAJA was getting a snub-ectomy. I lost my snubs a long time ago. Crying or Very sad
