Just finished a bumper for a cherokee today. Whatcha think? Shawn (madman74) did 99% of the fab work, I just did the design for the lower skid plate and helped with some final grinding and prep.

Bumpers will be available on www.jeepzyla.com Mr. Green price is $475 plus shipping in raw steel, or $650 powder coated in standard colors.

What are you using to do the "zyla" logo? Laser? Waterjet?

I used to program and operate several of those types of machines.

I use my sign program to create it, then just export is as a .dxf file and take it over to the guy with the CNC plasma cutter.

Probably wont see a karmann zyla unless I build one for someone else. I cant get in and out of those cars too easy.
