This is where I am after 16 months. My next step is cutting the firewall for the CNC pedals, pulling the body back off for paint and finishing up the cage.

That is going to be a clean looking Baja when you are done. What suspension are you doing? Looks close to stock in the back.

I have 3X3's in the back (its covered with a white towel so I dont bust a knee cap) and tweed front beam will have 10" coilover with 2.25 trailing arms. I glued on a kingpin front clip.

Whew. I hope you're still not working on it after 16 years like I am! Looks like a nice job so far. You've got a ways to go, but stick with it. It'll be worth it.
