A spring, but it isn't there yet. In one of the pics you can kind of see the bolt sticking out where it connects to.

I believe those are the heater ducts, but there are no cables attached to them and I don't have heater boxes on my exhaust. Smile

I used one of my heater control levers for my emergency fire extinguisher in my drag bug. 11 second car you know just in case.... Twisted Evil
