I'd rather see them a bit higher up and in closer. That's just my 2 cents, though. BTW... Why run four lights when you can do the same thing with two? Just use a 3-2 taillight converter in your wiring to tie your brake wire in with your turn signals. They're cheap and a breeze to install (five butt connectors and you're done)!

never heard of a 3-2 converter, got a link?
The lights could go up maybe 1/2 inch higher if I cut the tabs off and re-welded them, I'm not sure it would improve the visibility of them by much though. Not enough to get my time anyway.

I also put a picture up of what I meant about installing them higher. I agree, 1/2" isn't going to do much for ya!

i think on top looks cool but if you do that their not safe. between the bars are the safest route.

recent work I've been doing.....
new steering wheel to get some distance between my fingers and the windshield.
installing the nerf bars again, but with a brace this time
and the new skid plate and off road lights
