Here it is. Not much right now. It will be my daily driver for the most part. It is a ball joint/swing axle car. Hack job floor pan repairs. Doesn't run well right now. Supposed to have an 1835 in it. It shall be fun. I think it will be flat black when it is done.

Chris

I wish mine had an electrical system that looked like that, instead of the "spaghetti against the wall" that I currently have. Oh well- another project for another year...

Well it did have an electricl system that looked horrible. The first time I tried to start it a bunch of wires melted.

I yanked all of the wires and started over. Once I got it all wired I tried to start it, the started was grinding and barely moving the motor. I realized the guy had a 12v starter trying to turn a 6v flywheel.

I have the proper 6v starter now, running it on 12v. It works well.

Now I just have to get it running properly, it runs, but not very well, loads up on gas.

Chris,
Nice job. How did you approach the re-wire? Did you do from scratch or get kit/s?
I ask 'cause I'm nearing that corner soon so I'm trying to decide if I want to spend the cash on a kit from Watson's ($350) or spend a lot of time doing iot from scratch.

If you really want to know, I just bought a couple of the racks of wire from Harbor Freight and wired it from scratch. I got the fuse block off ebay for $8.00 and the terminal strip was off an old machine I had at work.

I know I am too broke to buy the expensive kits, but if you can afford it, why not?
