I don't know if any of you might be interested, but this is turning into quite an event over the last few days or so.
If you want to participate please check out our website and forum for details.

Xterra owners club FORUM Note: You may have to register to see it.
For an idea of what will be cleaned up:
So very sad that people treat our playgrounds like this, so I hope we can keep it open when we chip in to clean up after others.
Thank you in advance for helping out.!

It is so easy for the owners/Government to say it is just easier to close access to this area then deal with the hassle, people need to police after themselves.
I too wish I could make it and it would be a good show of force and support for AZBaja to be represented there.

Me too... . I always heard that if you pack it in you need to pack it out, or something like that.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the support! Should be cool to see some bajas out there.
Total Chaos Fabrication has donated some cool racing DVD's to the give-away! www.chaosfab.com
I picked up the gift certificates from www.raceroffroad.com today! woohoo! Thanks Racer Offroad!
Good Gun Foundation www.goodgun.org has donated some money to the cause as a giveaway! As well as some members coming to help. I'm excited to see responsible shooters step up.
Oakley has given some sun glasses to give away.
The Tacoma Territory, Xterra Owners Club , Copper State Cruisers, and Virtual Jeep Club have stepped up to make it an official run of theirs!
The Copper State Cruisers have stepped up with a giant grill that can cook 80 burgers at a time! YIKES thats a lot of cow. mmmm!
Some folks are bringing a rake if they can. Its not a neccessity, but it will help with the shells and glass being picked up!
The Forest Service is going to bring a couple of Roll Off Dumpsters too!
REI is donating some Clif bars for the volunteers! www.rei.com

I hope you guys don't mind me posting the logo's. I want to give credit and thanks to the companies helping out.
I wanted to thank Border Construction Specialties for stepping up big with the giant grill. Brandon, the president of Copper State Cruisers has gotten burgers and the use of this trailer sized grill donated for the clean-up! Thank YOU!

I was just there at Border, yesterday, dropping off a generator.
I wish I could make it. My schedule isn't very forgiving.

No problem! There will be more clean-ups.
On a side note, I saw a really, really nice baja over on bartlett lake road on Sunday. I have always wanted one. He was cruising up the wash that is the great western trail. It looks built enough to do a couple races in it in prerunner class!
Overland Journal and Overland Video are giving a free subscription and dvd's to the give-away!
Woohoo!
