How do you remove the windows with out breaking them?

Cut the rubber. No other way. A complete rubber kit is only $25 from chirco, it has the 2 side, the back and the windshield rubber in it.

All of them but doors. I've got the body off, and I'm going to completely strip it and after fixing the rust, put a good layer of an epoxy inside and out as a primer. I'll need them out to fix around the rear window anyway.

Just so you know, if you've never removed windows before, they sit on the outsie of the body not the inside. So after you cut the rubber, push them out from inside the car. I did them alone. You can stand outside to catch them so they don't fall on the deck and reach insde to push.
