I'm going to be cutting the top off of my '68, but before I do, I need to put the roll cage in. Should I get a 4 point Cage (bolt in) or a Weld in 6 point?

i would say a weld in 6 point. Should add the strenght back that will be taken off with the top. The 4 point would basically from my point of view be just to reinforce the roof. The 6 point will connect the front and rear of the car.

Welcome back, hadn't seen a post from you in awhile.

Go with the 6 point, and maybe add a couple of extra tubes to tie it together.

If yuo are cutting the top off, you will need braces running from the cage th the A and B pillars to keep the flex down on the body. I agree with the extra tubes. You should add tubes where the rear down bars mount to the rear cargo tray down to the frame horns, and also bars from the front hoop the the front beam.
