But do they MAKE specialised ones for that? Or should I just buy more lights and swap out the different color lenses?

I meant these:

but I like those even more, haha.

But i was wondering how to solve the problem of Back-Up lights and Do those LEDs stay on as parking lights as well as brake lights?

I picked up the small yellow LED trailer/marker lights that I have set up to work both as blinkers and running lights. I also did the same thing with my brake lights. Work both as brake and signals. but you can set it up any way you like, go down to a trailer out let or a semi truck store and you can find all sorts of light ideas, I was at one time going to use the cab lights as turn and brake lights. work good on both the roof or the "C" post behind the side rear windows.

my L.E.D. tails lights are stop/ turn/ tail units. usually seen on 18 wheeler trailers.

they function the same as any tail light unit.

no back up lights on there yet.

Kevin:

Do you know a website where I might be able to get a hold of those lights you have?

I saw some on ebay. I think the store was Close to Wholesale or something like that. I have been looking for the same lights. But too busy and lazy to go down to the truck stop for them. The bulb style lights are a lot cheeper, but probably wont hold up as long. The LED one's are about $45 a pair. Depending on how many LED's you want, some of them are quite a bit more expensive. And they have both the red and yellow lights.
