I just saw a Baja with axles from a 240Z. It now has universals instead of CV's. Does anybody know what is involved in this? Seems much more service friendly.
The same car has a Thing front beam, the owner said he got 2" of lift just by installing the Thing beam. What else is involved with this?

Yes the thing front beam is a popular upgrade for Balljoint cars. The only probly is there availability. I believe Things were only built for 2 years, their parts are not in abundance. If you can find a thing setup, you will need the arms and spindles, the arms should fit into your stock TypeI beam.
