I was also interview by Motorsports Mainia on Fox Sports Net!!!

There was NO damage to my car except for the seat cam going out and laying my seat back. So that excuse is out the window for the rest of you guys.

I'll be racing again in October, will you? Twisted Evil

HELL YA!!!! I trying to figure out how to pay for a new suspension for the race car. It wasn't realy the engine that got me, the track was very technical and had BIG jumps that I had to crawl over.

Fri finished installing the 34-PICT.
Fired right up,idled good.
Shut it down and went to work.
Sat went out to adjust it and drive it around, had to pull clean and re-gap the plugs(Had gap to big during experimenting),Carb acted like float was set to high(Gas leaking into carb why engine was off),and worse of all it has loose feeling throttle shafts.
New EMPI carb.(Yeah, Yeah, I know).
Sunday,I pulled the carb off and drained it to get it ready for the trip to the parts store Monday.
But hey!I got the garage 90% cleaned out now!
YAY ME?

I dunno...my problem looks like it was an easier fix that yours. I had to change my oil twice that day and now it seems to be fine.

It was pure stupidity...I saw tracks on the other side and went for it. The problem came when I hesitated.

Cleaned off some of the oil spray, installed a sand seal and a new alt. pulley, removed the racing harness, reinstalled the seat belts and the rear seat. It looks funny with no passanger seat, but I had to use that to drive!!! Twisted Evil Now I have to put the daily driver AND the race car together this summer!! Poor me! Very Happy

Finally got my swamp cooler installed in my garage, and the wall insulated, and all my stuff put away, so something with wheels will actually FIT in there now! I pulled baja2 (aka "donor car") in, put it up on jackstands and pulled all four wheels. I've got brake probs with it (like NO BRAKES!). The right rear wheel pisses brake fluid all over when you use the parking brake to stop- the brake pedal doesn't work at all!

So that's where baja2 sits now. My MAIN baja is still leaning against the back fence- haven't touched it in a few weeks now...
