Well though it's chilly today, after mowing the lawn I'm going to try and finish my cheaparsed intake center fix.I got the tubing thursday from Onlinemetals.com and epoxy from AllForeign here in town.So there's no excuse.
Unless lazyness counts...does it count?
No?...I didn't think so.

Over this weekend, I ended up putting on a rack, mounting the KC lights, and painting the rims black and the body trim tan. I swapped out the plugs this morning as well. Looks more military like now. I like it.

Porsche 356 front disc's....link pin spindles(stock)

944 rear disc's and cv's on Blind Chicken 5x5's with Vanagon 22.5 axles soon...(waiting on the arms)

And I found 4 Porsche wheels....

Nice Rack Razz
And do I spy with my little eye,a speedo that would possibly be at home in a 67?
And after cutting the intake tubes, decided to take them to work for a lite trim on the lathe.

I replaced the steering column and turn switch and ignition switch. I also put a new steering wheel on. The steering column is thanks to Bugzila. I now need to tackel the electrical under the hood. The nightmare begins.

bajafun,
Thanks for the ink to vintage sus. The wiring diagrams are a great help. I only wish that Daryll had some time to help me install a wiring system in my baja like his. The guy is just too busy!!!

Uh, well the body is separated from the pan. The heater channels are welded to the body as a part of the body. Bascially there the bottom door jams that run full length front to rear of the body. Does this answer your question R.e.J.?
